   Who is that

Today is Saturday and we are going to have lunch with grandpa and grandma. After daddy and mommy dressed me up, fed me, changed my diaper and pack up my baby accessories, we headed out to meet grandpa and grandma at their house. When we arrived, a familiar face came to greed me. At first, I looked at her with a blank face and thought to myself, “Do I know her?   Read more...

   No! No! No! No! No!

I am 14 months old now. Just like any other babies, I am achieving development milestones. I am learning how to walk, communicate, throw things, picking up small things and cause troubles. And just like any other babies, I am curious and like to explore my surroundings. It seems that the more development milestone I reach the more I hear the word “No”....   Read more...

   Birthday Party

We are having a party today. It’s my one year old birthday party. My cousin, who is two years older than me, is having his three year old birthday tomorrow, so our parents decided to celebrate our birthdays on the same day. Everyone in our family came over to our house to celebrate our birthdays: all my cousins, my aunties, my uncles and my grandparents.   Read more...

My First Fmaily New Year Dinner

This is the first year I am eating Chinese New Year dinner with my family. Daddy, Mommy and I ate dinner at grandpa and grandma’s house. The dinner was at 6:00. Before going to my grand parents’ house, mommy dressed me up every nicely and tied my hair into two pony tails. She said since I always act like a boy, I have to dress like a girl. I don’t always act like a boy. I act like a lady from time to time....   Read more...

   Fun Time with My Grandparents

I just turned 10 months today. My grandparents always call me a busy body and I act more like a boy than a girl. My hands and feet are constantly moving, and I cannot sit still for more than five seconds. I have to touch everything that I see. Eventually, everything will end up into my mouth. I am just a baby. I just want to know what everything is and the best way to do it is to taste them. Everything is tasteless but they feel different.....   Read more...

Auntie Becky Would Not Play With Me

My auntie Becky used to the center of the attention within our family. But once I was born, all the attentions shifted to me. Now, I am the center of the attention. Auntie Becky does not mind because she adores me, and I am the center of her attention as well. She buys me toys whenever she sees something cute. She always brings me gifts when she travels.....   Read more...

   Kelly and Eating

Kelly is my parents' first granddaughter and so far the only. We all adore her and want to give her the best we can give her, but we also don't want to spoil her. Ever since she was born, we did some research on baby development. The priority on our list is what to feed her so that she can get all the nutrition she needs....   Read more...

   Teething Little Angel

Kelly is my 8 months old niece. She is quite cranky lately because she just started teething . She gnaw and gum down anything she grabs on her hands - staring from my sweater, shoulders, phone, TV remote, rubber teething, toys, etc... She'll snatch her pray, look at it to determine whether it's tasty, then she puts it into her mouth . One thing she does not like is fingers . She tightens her lips whenever we attempted to put our fingers into her month to check if she is teething.   Read more...
